Candidate must be based in Philadelphia, PA. This is Hybrid role.
Legal-Tech Expertise: Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business needs and deliver tailored technology solutions specifically within legal environments.
Requirement & Process Management: Translate business requirements into functional specs, lead process mapping initiatives, and manage the development lifecycle from planning through UAT.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, working closely with QA and project managers to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
Documentation & Reporting: Develop operational best practices, standardized documentation, and generate reports to support strategic decisions and project transparency.
Continuous Improvement & Mentorship: Identify process improvement opportunities, drive efficiencies, and mentor team members in business analysis standards and techniques.
Salary : $80,000 - $120,000
