Requirements
YOUR ROLE IN ACTION
- Order Fulfillment: Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (loading, packing, wrapping, labeling, shipping).
- Receiving & Stocking: Receive, inspect, and process warehouse stock (picking, unloading, labeling, storing).
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct audits, and report any discrepancies.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep a clean, safe, and organized work environment, optimizing space utilization.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse vehicles and equipment, performing preventative maintenance as needed.
- Compliance & Safety: Follow quality service standards, company procedures, and all applicable regulations.
- Communication & Teamwork: Work closely with supervisors and coworkers to ensure smooth operations.
- All Other Duties as Assigned: Take on additional responsibilities as required to meet business needs.
- Age Requirement: Must be 21 years or older.
- Valid Driver’s License: Must have an acceptable driving record per company MVR standards.
- Warehouse Experience: Prior experience in warehouse operations is preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with inventory software, databases, and warehouse management systems.
- Organizational & Time Management Skills: Ability to manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and perform repetitive physical tasks.
