Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Landscape Construction Crew Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in landscape construction and a strong work ethic. Knowledge of irrigation systems and planting is a plus. This role involves working outdoors in various weather conditions and requires physical stamina to perform labor-intensive tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation of landscape features, including patios, retaining walls, walkways, and outdoor structures.
- Prepare job sites by grading, trenching, and installing soil and base materials.
- Plant trees, shrubs, and other greenery following project specifications.
- Assist in installing and maintaining irrigation systems.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment as needed.
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in landscape construction or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of hardscape installation, grading, and planting techniques.
- Experience with irrigation systems is a plus.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation preferred.
