Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Supervisor at DCR - Dakota Cleaning & Restoration in Platte, SD. The Field Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating cleaning and restoration projects, managing team members, ensuring quality control, and maintaining a safe work environment.

Leadership and Supervisory skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure
Experience in the cleaning or restoration industry is a plus but not required

High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
