We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Project Manager / Account Manager to join our team and oversee a portfolio of projects. This hybrid role offers flexibility with remote work and provides the opportunity to manage key client relationships while ensuring successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management & Oversight: Provide high-level direction and oversight for construction and facility maintenance projects, ensuring all projects are executed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring clear communication and a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Budget & Schedule Control: Monitor and track individual project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met, including managing the purchase of supplies, and overseeing subcontractor costs.
- Documentation & Compliance: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including signed Lean Waiver, notarized documents, and cost-tracking records. Ensure all files are properly organized and compliant.
- Collaboration with Operations & Field Teams: Work closely with the Field Manager and Operations to build scopes of work, share relevant details with team members, and ensure projects align with expectations.
- Salesforce Auditing: Audit job information in Salesforce to ensure accuracy before invoicing.
- Team Support & Coordination: Support large projects with dispatchers and ensure each project has a designated backend and field team member.
- Performance Reviews & Feedback: Conduct regular reviews of ongoing projects, provide feedback to team members, and implement best practices for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Strong client relationship management skills and proven ability to negotiate and communicate effectively.
- At least 1 year of experience in project management or account management, preferably within the construction industry
- Experience managing project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- Ability to manage a hybrid work schedule, with some flexibility for remote work.
Desired Experience:
- Previous experience in facility management, construction management, or supervising field operations.
- Familiarity with technology tools such as Salesforce and cost-tracking systems.
- Experience working with subcontractors and managing a construction schedule.
Salary : $63,000 - $65,000
