Billing Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Billing Specialist to join our team. - Perform various billing tasks, such as data entry, updating details, reviewing and verifying invoices.
-Hands-on experience with MS Office software and logistics software.
- Analyze logistics data to identify trends and discrepancies.
- Utilize 10-key typing skills to accurately input numerical data
- Provide support to the billing department when needed
-Providing reports upon request.

-Contacting vendors for information and for data verification.

-Communicating with other departments and coordinating day-to-day operations with the team.

-Other office task, such as overseeing office guest and printing documents.

Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and learning new software
-Understanding numerical values and units.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills

-An understanding of logistics; like point-to-point mapping.

-Proficiency in translating data from one’s vendor’s data to our data.

Please note that training will be provided. We are looking for candidates who are eager to learn and grow in the field of logistics/accounting. We are also looking for an individual who is ambitious and growth orientated.
