Same day Medical Courier/Delivery Company seeking full-time Sales Rep.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and schedule conference calls.
- Utilize sales techniques and strategies to engage customers and generate leads
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records using Pipedrive or similar CRM software
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed telemarketing goals.
- Continuously update knowledge of products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers
- Follow scripts and guidelines provided to ensure consistent messaging and adherence to company policies
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience in Sales, or customer service roles
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers
- Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections effectively
