Compensation : $80,000 - $120,000 (based on experience)

Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead CAD / CAM Designer to join our dynamic team in Jupiter, FL. This is a pivotal role in our state-of-the-art dental practice, where you will apply your expertise in full-arch designing and complex treatment planning to deliver outstanding results for our patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create precise CAD / CAM designs for complex full-arch restorations and advanced dental prosthetics.
  • Collaborate with dentists, specialists, and lab technicians to ensure optimal treatment outcomes.
  • Leverage your expertise in 3Shape and Exocad software to streamline design processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Manage and mentor junior team members in CAD / CAM techniques and workflows.
  • Troubleshoot design challenges and provide innovative solutions for complex cases.
  • Maintain a high standard of quality control and adherence to treatment plans.
  • Stay current with industry advancements and integrate new technologies into daily operations.

    • Qualifications

  • 1015 years of CAD / CAM design experience in the dental field.
  • Proficient in 3Shape and Exocad software.
  • Extensive experience in full-arch restoration designs and complex treatment planning.
  • Strong understanding of dental anatomy, materials, and laboratory workflows.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and precision in design.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clinical and technical teams.
  • Ability to work on-site in Jupiter, FL.
