- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Assist customers with purchasing decisions and resolve any issues or concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Participate in product training sessions to stay informed about new offerings
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle light lifting
