We’re looking for an experienced Media Planner / Account Manager to support our growing client base and free up our top sales executives to focus on new business development. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of media planning and execution across multiple media platforms both traditional and digital platforms. You'll develop targeted media strategies, analyze market trends, and collaborate with our buyers and senior leadership to create high-performing campaigns for clients.
Your Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the agency and clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships
- Understand client business goals, challenges, and competitive landscape
- Provide regular updates, reports, and insights on campaign performance
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Work with media planners and buyers to develop media strategies that align with client objectives
- Oversee the execution of media campaigns across TV, Radio, Digital, OOH, Print, and Social
- Ensure media plans stay on schedule and within budget
- Monitor campaign effectiveness and proactively recommend optimizations
Coordination & Communication
- Act as the liaison between clients and internal teams (media planners, buyers, creative teams, analytics)
- Clearly communicate media strategies, KPIs, and expectations to all stakeholders
- Present campaign reports and performance metrics with actionable recommendations
Budget & Financial Management
- Oversee client budgets, ensuring media spend is allocated effectively
- Work with finance teams to handle invoicing, billing, and reconciliation
- Track and report on campaign ROI and cost efficiencies
Market & Industry Analysis
- Stay updated on media trends, competitive activity, and emerging platforms
- Provide clients with insights on industry shifts and new advertising opportunities
- Identify potential growth opportunities for existing accounts
