Teletronic Division of DCX-CHOL Enterprises Inc. is seeking an experienced Electrical (Test Technician) Test Supervisor with the following qualifications :

SUMMARY OF POSITION :

Supervise the test team and oversee all electrical tests. Coordinate all testing, including off-site tests, and equipment maintenance. Represent test department to division management, interface with various support department personnel and report on status as needed.

Key Performance Indictors : List two to five measurable tasks that are key to indicating the performance level in this role :

• Track and report department metrics.
• Generate test reports and customize as needed.
• Able to develop test plans to include equipment and personnel prioritizing and scheduling.
• Document and implement department processes. Coordinate timely performance of in -process and final electrical testing, environmental and First Article tests of production cables and assemblies.
• Review product documentation to ensure full test compliance.
• Ensure on-site environmental test lab equipment is maintained in working order.
• Plan and oversee all off-site testing.
• Disseminate information to test staff and provide training as needed.
• Support and train Test Technicians in the safety policies of the company and conducting safety observations.
• Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules.
• Recommend measures to improve production methods, equipment performance and quality of product.
• Use equipment to increase efficiency of facility, department or work crew.
• Analyzes and resolves work problems, or assists associates in solving work problems.
• Initiates or suggests plans to motivate employees to achieve work goals.
• Coordinate with Engineering Manager and other management to coordinate activities of individual departments.
