Area Supervisor

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Area Supervisor to oversee operations across the store premises. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the store meets company standards in terms of customer service, inventory management, and overall operational efficiency. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.

Duties

• Supervise daily operations of store to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Oversee inventory control processes, including stock management, ordering, and loss prevention.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate store staff to enhance team performance and customer service.
• Manage scheduling and time management for staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
• Utilize POS systems effectively for sales tracking and inventory management.
• Collaborate with store manager to develop strategies for increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction.

Experience

• Proven experience in store management or a supervisory role within a retail environment is essential.
• Strong skills in inventory control, stock management, and loss prevention techniques.
• Demonstrated ability in team management, including training and development of staff.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with POS systems and retail operations is preferred.
• Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and drive results.
