Guggenheim is seeking an exceptional candidate to join its Investment Management Operations function. Reporting to the Vice President of Client Reporting, the Client Reporting Senior Associate is part of Guggenheim Investments middle-office team responsible for overseeing the production, review, approval, distribution and retention of client reports. As part of this team, you are responsible for coordinating client reporting deliverables and ad-hoc reporting requests to ensure all deliverables and commitments are being met timely and delivered accurately. The role requires a detailed individual who thrives in a deadline-driven environment and is team-oriented and collaborative to deliver on work projects.The position is located in New York City or Chicago offices.Essential Job FunctionsIndependently produce global standard and custom client reports.Collaborate with other operational teams on new and existing client reporting requirements and requests.Maintain quality control, ensuring on-time delivery and report accuracy.Understand client’s line of business, strategies and structure in order to assist the client reporting team with questions and advice.Coordinate information and data flow into and out of the report production process.Develop a comprehensive knowledge of the firm’s business, investment strategies, data, policies and procedures to enable effective communication with global business owners.Utilize Excel skills to assist in solving complex problems, as well as, review and enhance current Excel workflow and functions.Preferred QualificationsHave strong problem-solving and analytical skills with an ability to analyze and manage large sets of interconnected data and information.Deliver and produce consistent and quality work products due to strong detail orientation.Manage time effectively to deliver information requests while continuing to perform day-to-day operational responsibility at the highest level.Self-start with ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Be a solutions-oriented problem solver.Enjoy working in a collaborative, dynamic team environment.Adept at operating in high-volume, deadline-driven environments and rapidly evolving atmosphere.Basic QualificationsBachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 to 7 years of work experience in investment management or financial services environment.Advanced Excel skills (Macros, Advanced Formula, Functions, Conditional Formatting)Experience working with large data sets and database relationships.Salary DetailsAnnual base salary between $105,000 and $110,000.The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this position. Actual base salaries may vary depending on factors such as location and experience.
