This position is Junior Art Director at Team DDB, an integrated organization consisting of nine agencies for one of the largest accounts in our network: the U.S. Army. The Junior Art Director will work partner with a Junior Copywriter.

Responsibilities
- Generate and develop concepts that don't just meet the brief, but measure up to high creative standards.
- Work daily with the creative lead to ensure all deliverables and deadlines are met within budget.
- Explaining and supporting rationale for your work.
- Work across all agency teams as appropriate to projects.
- Support the agency culture of collaboration, positivity, excellence and creative problem-solving.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years' experience
- Can deliver solid, realistic campaign ideas with some consistency
- Has some production experience and has developed ability to articulate a vision
- Able to present creative ideas in client meetings with right support
- Strong interpersonal relations and problem solving skills
- Consistently displays a professional and positive service oriented demeanor
- Ability to laugh at yourself, a fantastic sense of humor, and a friend to the agency
