Position Overview
DDC-I, Inc. has a unique opportunity for an experienced sales manager. The successful candidate will be part of a team responsible for creating new sales of DO-178 certifiable RTOSs.
Requirements:
- Knowledgeable of the avionics market
- Experience in technical software sales, such as RTOSs, compilers, or other tools
- Ability to ferret out new sales opportunities, initiate engagement (e.g., cold call), and drive through the sales processes towards building a long-term & successful customer relationship
- Must be self-starter and self-managed
- Diligent in following sales processes
- Long-term and high-integrity sales mentality
Job Description:
- High-value (six or seven figure) sales, targeting the high-end of the RTOS market
- Regional territory sales management for technical software products and services
- Primary responsibility is development of new customers, promoting the differentiation of DDC-I as a company and the benefits of our products. This requires customer targeting, strategic sales processes, cold calling, working with C-level management, etc.
- Further develop tier 1 customer relations
