Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and driven Regional Sales Associate to join DDC Technologies to represent our products in the New York Tri-State area. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling cutting-edge medical laser equipment to healthcare providers, dermatologists, aestheticians, and medical spas. As a Sales Associate, you will be a key part of our sales team, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving growth within the region.
Duties
- Sales & Business Development: Identify and target new potential clients within the medical & aesthetic industry, including dermatology clinics, medical spas, plastic surgery offices, hospitals, and others in the New York Tri-State area.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct in-person and virtual product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our medical laser systems. Tailor demonstrations to meet the specific needs of potential clients.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while continuously seeking opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to effectively position and sell medical lasers.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver engaging and persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients, addressing their specific needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Sales Targets & Reporting: Achieve sales quotas and targets while maintaining detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress toward goals in CRM software.
- Training & Support: In coordination with other departments, provide a timely and effective conduit for product training and ongoing support to customers post-sale, ensuring satisfaction and proper utilization of purchased medical laser systems.
- Travel: Regular travel in the New York Tri-State area to meet clients, attend industry events, and participate in trade shows. Potential for international travel trade shows possible.

- Base salary of $50,500
- Commission on every unit sold
