Title: Phone Operator & Customer Operations
Job Summary
Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to set appointments for prospective lawncare clients while using a personal computer. This is a remote position but must be available 8-5 M-F.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Work with crew members in the field while serving as a phone operator dealing with all incoming customer calls and emails while ensuring jobs are completed in a timely manner and customer satisfaction is kept at a maximum level.
- Work well with all customers and all communications are professional and courteous
- Describe our services and prices to prospective customers while they are inquiring about services or are signing up for service, receiving payments, sending invoices
- Learn our company service policies, prices and routines and be able to execute them in action during work hours while communicating them to both customers and new employees
- Maintain our company policies while working in a remote environment
- Manage online and social media & marketing

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5pm
- Overtime required a few weeks of the year during busiest season
