Who We Are
Developmental Disabilities Institute, DDI, is one of the largest providers of care to children and adults with Autism, developmental disabilities and other special needs. DDI has been a part of Long Island for over 50 years serving over 1,500 children and adults with Autism, other developmental disabilities and special needs. DDI provides innovative and expansive services to our population through various educational settings, residential services, day habilitation programs and vocational services.
Come join us for a our Adult Day Services Job Fair at our West Main Street location on April 17th, 2025!
Address: 9 West Main Street, Smithtown Ny 11787 from 4:30pm-6:30pm.
We will be interviewing for various positions including Direct Support Professionals that range from full time to part time to per diem shifts.
Some full time positions are eligible for a $1,000 sign on bonus!

Shifts Available: Full Time, Part Time, Per Diem
Monday-Friday 8am-4pm,10am-2pm,11am-2pm, 2pm-8pm (Respite)
Salary range for Direct Support Professionals: $18.03- $21.64
