Job Description:
As a Marketing/Admin Coordinator at DDK, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for a diverse range of marketing activities. The ideal candidate is not just a marketer but a marketing enthusiast with a flair for creativity and a passion for delivering compelling content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Event & PR Opportunities Identify event and sponsorship opportunities aligned with Firm practices.
- Email Marketing: Create and manage email newsletters using Mailchimp and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Social Media Management: Craft engaging social media posts, manage content calendars, foster audience engagement, and oversee social media advertising campaigns.
- List Building: Grow and maintain contact lists for effective marketing outreach and segmentation.
- Content Creation: Produce visually appealing graphics and small videos using tools like Canva and Powtoon.
- Website Maintenance: Utilize WordPress to make updates and changes to the company's website.
- Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns, including both online and offline initiatives. Oversee print production when necessary.
- Innovative Marketing: Generate creative and unique marketing ideas to promote our services.
- Content Quality: Demonstrate excellent writing and grammatical skills to produce high-quality content for various marketing channels.
- Multimedia Skills: Capture photos and videos and edit videos to create captivating visual content.
- Administrative/Miscellaneous: Work with Audit team to format financial statements and engagement letters, liaise with vendors and suppliers, weekly postage reports to controller, back-up for mailroom/reception/managing partner’s EA, ad hoc projects.
Education Requirement:
