Responsibilities:
- Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that promotes exceptional customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and efficiency
- Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and abilities
- Collaborate with management to achieve business objectives and goals
- Maintain open communication channels with team members and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
- Solid communication and leadership skills
- Able to work effectively in a team environment
