Facility Custodial Lead Pay Range: $25-28/hr

We are actively seeking a responsible and dependable Facility Custodial Lead, whose primary responsibility will be daily office cleaning, vacuuming and will be required to respond to basic general maintenance activities such as replacing light bulbs, minor painting, and moving and installing new office furniture. Secondly, the Lead Custodian will keep our shop and fleet of vehicles looking great by performing routine cleaning and vehicle detailing as scheduled by management. The work schedule may vary but will be primarily days (preferably 5:00AM – 2:00PM), however, could include occasional evenings and weekend hours as necessary.

Required

Skills and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Ability to lift objects up to 50 pounds
• Dependable transportation
  
  

Preferred

• Prior experience with cleaning Class A office space
• Previous experience detailing vehicles
• Good with your hands, mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
