Clinical Scope
The Associate Periodontist will be responsible for:
- Periodontal Surgery & Non-Surgical Therapy (Scaling & Root Planing, Osseous Surgery, Pocket Reduction)
- Soft & Hard Tissue Grafting
- Dental Implant Placement (Straumann system) & Full-Arch Solutions (All-on-4)
- Sinus Lifts & Ridge Preservation
- IV & Oral Sedation
- Extractions & Peri-Implantitis Treatment
Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation: 32% of collections (minimum) annual bonus
