DE Envision is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the contract and hospitality fabric sectors. This role is critical in driving revenue growth, expanding our market presence, and fostering strong relationships with key industry clients. The ideal candidate needs to have established connections in the hospitality and contract fabrics industry and a proven track record of sales leadership.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase brand visibility in the contract and hospitality sectors.
- Industry Networking: Leverage existing relationships and actively cultivate new connections with designers, purchasing agents, and decision-makers in the hospitality, commercial, and contract textile markets.
- Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional service and long-term partnerships.
- Sales Team Development: Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance, setting goals, and ensuring high performance.
- Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including emerging markets and strategic partnerships.
- Operational Oversight: Work closely with product and operations teams to ensure seamless order processing, timely deliveries, and exceptional customer service.
- Trade Show & Client Engagement: Represent the brand at High Point Market and other industry trade shows, organize showroom presentations, and conduct client visits.
- Reporting & Analytics: Track sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide data-driven insights to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management within the contract and hospitality fabrics industry (minimum 5 years preferred).
- Established network of industry contacts, including hospitality designers, procurement specialists, and commercial furniture manufacturers.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with experience in hiring, training, and mentoring sales professionals.
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings, trade shows, and market events.
- Passion for textiles, interior design, or contract furnishings is a plus.
