Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Hybrid – Full-Time)
Location: Corpus Christi, Tx | Hybrid (Remote & In-Person)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 Hours/Week)

Position Overview:
This position is ideal for someone who is proactive, resourceful, and passionate about delivering outstanding service. You will serve as the first point of contact for clients—both by phone and email—and play a critical role in keeping the office running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and greet callers in a friendly, professional manner
- Monitor and manage inbound emails, voicemails, and messages with prompt responses
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with questions, follow-ups, or basic policy information
- Support agents with scheduling, document preparation, and application follow-ups
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and summaries as needed
- Track deadlines and follow through on time-sensitive tasks
- Order office supplies and ensure equipment and materials are available
- Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings, calls, and company events
- Update client records and databases with accuracy and attention to detail
- Take initiative to identify gaps in workflow and propose solutions
- Step in to support various departments or projects as needs arise

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 1 year in an administrative or customer service role
- Must be able to work in-office part of the week; remote setup required for hybrid work
