Top rated plaintiff personal injury firm based in Tampa, FL providing the highest quality legal services inside and out of the courtroom is seeking a Social Security Disability / Workers' Compensation Attorney to join their team. Associates will have the opportunity to work the practice of Auto Litigation as well, training will be provided. This is also a great opportunity for an Attorney who is seeking a leadership role in a law firm with opportunity to transition to a Department Managing Attorney. This position is full time on site at the firm's Tampa, FL office.
Qualifications :
- Must have a Florida Bar license in good standing.
- Must have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience practicing in Social Security Disability and Workers' Compensation litigation.
- Must be able to represent claimants from intake through final hearings and settlement. This includes initiating the claim, guiding the claimant through the workers' compensation process, advocating for treatment, completing discovery, attending mediations, filing petitions and representing the claimant at a Final Hearing.
- Must be able to review medical records as well as the various forms required by social security to be completed. Benefits :
