Expanding full-service real estate law firm based in South Florida is seeking a Foreclosure Litigation Real Estate Attorney to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for working contested and uncontested files including reviewing complaints, preparing motions for default, motions for summary judgment, discovery, final judgment hearings and trials.
Candidates must possess a Florida Bar License and have a minimum of 5 years of mortgage foreclosure litigation experience and must have at least 4 years of experience in foreclosure trials. This position is onsite the firm's Boca Raton, FL office.
Qualifications :
- Must have a valid Florida Bar license in good standing
- Must be an experienced real estate attorney with a minimum of 5 years of mortgage foreclosure litigation experience and 4 years of experience in foreclosure trials
- Must have excellent attention to detail, organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
