Long standing civil litigation defense law firm based in Florida is seeking civil litigation defense attorneys with 2 years of experience in either medical malpractice or bodily injury to join their team. The firm handles all aspects of bodily injury defense work, including but not limited to trucking, automobile, transportation / roadway / MOT, premises liability, construction and medical malpractice. They are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable attorneys to handle all aspects of a case, at times with the help of a managing attorney, from pre-suit through trial. This position is a full time, onsite position at the firm's West Palm Beach, FL office.
Qualifications :
- Must have a valid Florida Bar license in good standing
- Must have 2 years civil litigation defense experience in the areas of medical malpractice or bodily injury
- Knowledge and experience handling all aspects of a case from pre-suit through trial
- Ability to work independently and also be a team player
- Excellent research and writing skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and good interpersonal skills
- Analytical thinker with above-average problem-solving skills, strong organizational and time-management skills
