Will work with the ideal candidate to find the right combination of billable hours, offering a flexible, hybrid schedule and the ability to work out of either their main office or their Los Angeles location. Ideal candidates will have the ability to work independently to mange their assigned cases, will be hardworking and driven and will be fully committed to the firm's success. All candidates must be willing to take a predictive index test.Qualifications : Must have a CA bar license in good standingMust have 7 years of experience in environmental law preferred but will also consider experience in basic litigation, administrative attorney roles with government agencies, or attorney experience in scienceResponsibilities include : Meeting with clients, keeping them updated on matter developmentsIdentifying clients’ objectives and using strategic and creative thinking to make appropriate recommendations to achieve those goalsBeing diligent in obtaining necessary information from clients, agencies, opposing parties, and othersDemonstrating exceptional legal research and clear, persuasive, writingClearly explaining complex, nuanced, legal concepts and technical informationUnderstanding how to assimilate technical and scientific data and reports into legal analysisSalary & Benefits : $125-$175k dependent upon experience with bonus structureMedical, Dental, VisionEmployees are eligible to enroll students in the award winning Palos Verdes School District for elementary, middle, and high schools.Pay for continuing education & any conferences requiring attendance#J-18808-Ljbffr
