Employment Type: Full time Shift: Description: Saint Francis Hospital, a member of Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic, is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to join our team! The Nurse Manager is responsible for setting and maintaining high standards for patient care delivery on a 24-hour, 7 days a week basis. He/she directs work performance of all personnel. Oversees clinical, administrative, financial, legal/regulatory, quality, human resources and productivity issues on the patient care unit. Minimum Qualifications: Graduate from an NLN accredited School of Nursing. Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Delaware or valid temporary permit. Responsible for obtaining needed CEU’s for re-licensure. BSN required. BSN requirement will be temporarily waived if internal candidates possess appropriate skills, experience and leadership characteristics. Minimum of 3 years clinical experience. Previous management experience preferred. Computer literacy Outstanding communication skills Able to promote and deal with the effects of organizational changes.
