Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Support
- Manage recruiting, post jobs, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and coordinate job offers.
- Support onboarding, new hire orientation, and offboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and HRIS data accuracy
- Assist with benefits administration
- Help coordinate employee engagement events, trainings, and internal communications.
- Schedule and support internal meetings, office events, and travel arrangements
- Assist various departments with projects when needed
- Back up to receptionist, you will cover her breaks and lunches
- Work with front desk support to ensure office supplies are managed
- Ensure a clean, professional, and organized office environment
- Coordinate with facilities, IT, and vendors for office needs
- Support light invoice processing, expense tracking, and mail handling
- 1–2 years of experience in HR, recruiting, or office coordination
- Experience supporting full-cycle recruiting or staffing processes preferred
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Friendly, professional demeanor with strong communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Discreet, trustworthy, and able to manage confidential information
