Desired Skills And Experience

Experience in retail/commercial construction projects is required. Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook is required; working knowledge of Prolog and MS Project is a plus. The best candidates will be detailed, organized team players with demonstrated delivery in high-pressure situations. You will assist the site Superintendent and maintain daily logs, reports, submittals, sub lists, subcontracts, schedules, change orders, insurance, material procurement, logistics, as-builts, and closeout.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (Architectural, Engineering, Construction Management)
• Experience in construction or engineering is a requirement
• Strong understanding of plans and schematics
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Strong organization/time management skills
• Procor experience is a plus,
