What are the responsibilities and job description for the SENIOR DEVELOPMENT MANAGER position at Deacon Construction, LLC?

Due to a large uptick in opportunities, we now have a Senior Development Manager position open. This new position calls for someone who wants to be involved with the entitlement, design, and construction of the project. You would work in collaboration with our Development Managers and alongside our Development Director and Finance Manager to find, evaluate, and then complete a wide variety of projects. Deacon Development is a small group, and we need someone who gets along well with others and isn’t afraid to say what they think.
This role requires a self-starter who is able to work on their own or lead others. Experience with the entitlement process (city codes, zoning, traffic, wetlands, etc.), design process (programming, design development, consultant oversight, TI coordination, permitting, etc.), and construction (new or remodeled) will be beneficial for the position.
