Deacon Jones Autopark is seeking to hire a detail-oriented and organized Title Clerk to handle vehicle titles, tag applications, and related documentation while ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities – Title Clerk:
- Process Title paperwork on all vehicles sold both in state and out of state
- Communicate with customers and the county clerk’s office on related issues
- Maintain strict compliance with all Title laws and filing requirements
- Troubleshoot and problem resolution specific to titles, odometer discrepancies, power of attorney, etc.
- Perform general administrative tasks
- Other duties may be assigned
Requirements – Title Clerk:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 - 3 years of Titling experience at an auto dealership
- Automotive experience preferred
- Highly organized and eagerness to improve
- Willingness to take initiative
- Computer literacy, quality writing and grammar skills
- Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds, basic working knowledge of automotive accounting preferred
- Ability to handle multiple tasks easily
- Ability to provide quality customer service
- Work with all levels of employee
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
