  • Must have current active compact license
  • Minimum Experience : Two years of strong Med / Surg, 1 travel assignment
  • Charting Experience : Recent EPIC experience required

    • Schedule Information

  • Nights - Deaconess Henderson
  • Every third weekend
  • Every other holiday

    • Unit Specific Information

  • Patient Population : General M / S : gallbladder, colectomy, appendectomy, hip / knee replacements / ORIFs, Covid, GI bleeds, CHF, COPD, sepsis, UTI, respiratory.
  • Skillset : PIV insertion, chest tube / indwelling drain management, CBI, drip management (heparin, cardizem), PEGs / NGs, ostomy care, remote tele, blood product administration, NIHSS / dysphagia screen, strong assessment and critical thinking skills.

  • NO LOCAL CANDIDATES (40 MILE RADIUS RULE)
  • On Call / Call Back Requirement : N / A
  • Covid-19 Vaccine Not Required Subject to change
  • GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed
