Job Overview:
In addition to meeting the basic standards of the staff they lead, the Team Leader is expected to role model and exceed the Standards of Performance. In conjunction with the Manager, this employee is to assume the accountability for the quality for the care delivered on the Non-Invasive Team. The Team Leader gives direct care and oversees the care given by other personnel on the unit. The Team Leader coordinates orientation of staff members, participates in evaluating their performance, and provides continuing education. This employee will assist the Manager in planning and managing the resources necessary for the delivery of patient care for the unit.
Required: Certifications/Licenses/Experience:
- Must be experiences in one of the following modalities: Registered Nurse, Sonographer, EKG Tech
- Licensed professionals must hold the ability to practice in Indiana
Preferred Certification/License/Experience:
- Inpatient experience
