Associate Program Director – Graduate Medical Education

Deaconess Health System is seeking a dedicated Associate Program Director to support our Graduate Medical Education (GME) program. Working closely with the Program Director and Coordinators, the APD plays a key role in delivering a high-quality, comprehensive educational experience for residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop customized learning plans and monitor resident progress
Participate in Clinical Competency and other leadership committee meetings
Contribute to resident recruitment and program development
Provide constructive feedback and support resident remediation as needed
Qualifications:
MD or DO degree with board certification in Internal Medicine (AOA or ABIM)
Active clinical practice and appropriate medical licensure
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Previous teaching and administrative experience preferred
