Conduct comprehensive health assessments and develop care plans for patients across the lifespan, including wellness exams, routine check-ups, and chronic disease management.
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions, with the ability to order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and implement treatment plans.
Provide education to patients and families about health conditions, preventive care, and lifestyle modifications.
Collaborate with physicians, fellow APPs, and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated and effective care.
Document all patient interactions accurately and timely in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
