This ICU travel assignment offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment at Deaconess Illinois Medical Center. As an ICU nurse, you will provide expert care to critically ill patients, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong foundation in critical care nursing, with a focus on ICU-specific skills such as neuro assessment, ventilator management, and medication administration. Experience with telemetry and EKG interpretation is also highly valued.
A current IL license is required, along with AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, and NIHSS certifications. Additional qualifications include 2 years of ICU experience, preferably 3 years, and strong communication skills.
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 (will accept 48 upon request)
