Job Description : Medical Technologist position at Deaconess Illinois Medical Center.

Job Requirements

Associate Degree or Bachelor Degree from an accredited college or university in Medical Technology or one of the biological or chemical sciences

Laboratory training through an accredited laboratory school required

MLT, MLS registration preferred

Minimum Experience : 1 year in specialty

Charting Experience Required : EPIC

Required Skillset : Generalist including Micro Set up only, Blood Bank

Schedule Information

Contract Length : 13 weeks

Start Date : ASAP

Guaranteed Hours Per Week : 40

Shift Requirements : 2 x 12hr / 2 x 8 hr (Thurs 10p-6 : 30a, Fri 6p-6 : 30a, Sat 6p-6 : 30a, and Sun 10p-6 : 30a)

Weekend / Holiday Requirements : Every / every other

Covid-19 Vaccine Not Required - Subject to change

GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed
