Job Summary
We are seeking a Data Architect to design and implement enterprise data solutions that support our analytics and operational reporting needs. This role will focus on data modeling, data integration, cloud-based data platforms, and governance, ensuring scalable, high-performance data architecture. The ideal candidate has strong experience with SQL Server, Azure, SSIS, Data Factory, Power BI, and enterprise data governance practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design & Architect Data Solutions : Develop and maintain data models, data warehouses, and cloud-based data platforms to support analytics and reporting.
- Cloud & On-Premise Data Engineering : Architect and optimize Azure SQL Database, Data Factory, and hybrid cloud solutions for scalability and security.
- ETL & Data Integration : Oversee ETL pipelines using SSIS, Python, PowerShell, and API integrations to ensure seamless data flow between systems.
- Data Governance & Quality : Establish data governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational data standards.
- Collaboration & Leadership : Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders across Deaconess to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Performance Optimization : Design efficient queries, indexing strategies, and data partitioning for high-performance data solutions.
- AI & Advanced Analytics Enablement : Support the integration of AI-driven analytics and automation into Deaconess's data ecosystem.
