Job Overview :

Maintains all outside hospital properties, including parking lots, landscaped areas, sidewalks, street and driveway areas, contributing to the Hospital's image. Responsible for cleaning and maintaining all exterior hospital properties in a professional and thorough manner. This position interacts with Hospital employees, administration, physicians, volunteers, contractors, vendors, regulatory officials and the community. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and must clearly demonstrate all required competencies. Specific Duties and Responsibilities

Required Certification / License / Experience : Preferred High school graduate or the equivalent is required, plus specialized or technical equivalent in horticulture. Requires a minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in nursery and / or commercial grounds maintenance. Requires seven (7) years or more of relevant experience in nursery and / or commercial grounds maintenance.
