Job Overview :
The Patient Safety Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Patient Safety Officer(s) with leading hospital Patient Safety Program. This individual assesses organizational needs and facilitates development, clarification, improvement, and evaluation of processes to optimize patient safety. The successful candidate will demonstrate empathetic and effective communication skills in working with individuals across Deaconess Health System. In addition, candidate should be familiar with data analysis and interpretation. This role promotes activities to advance our culture of safety.
