Deadwood Gulch Gaming Resort, Trademark Collection by Wyndham is now hiring for a Gaming Manager to be responsible for supervising the slot floor to ensure both players and employees all follow house rules and conduct themselves appropriately. Manage day-to-day operations of casino, including cash flow, security management, and customer service. Benefits included. Wage DOE.
Primary Responsibilities
· Walk around gaming area in establishment and monitor players and staff to ensure rules are being followed
· Remove players that are cheating or acting inappropriately.
· Ensure house rules are followed.
· Prepare work schedules.
· Interview, Hire, terminate, and train casino workers.
· Match recorded winnings to payout amounts.
· Resolve customer and employee complaints in the casino.
· Basic repairs and maintenance on slot floor.
· Keep up with technology as it pertains to gaming.
· Work with the South Dakota Commission on Gaming to ensure compliance with rules and regulations.
· Advise on placement and purchase of slot machines.
· Ensure money supplied to the machines and cage are plentiful and uninterrupted.
· Record, collect, and pay off bets.
· Coordinate security and alert them to issues.
· Track cash flow of the entire casino.
Requirements
· Must be very customer service oriented, good with people, be positive and have an outgoing personality.
· Must be able to adapt to change.
· Must have at least 5 years of experience in gaming.
· Need to be able to work weekends and holidays.
· Should be able to step in and work any position in the casino.
· Must have a Key Gaming License.
