The Manager of Inside Sales is responsible for leading and supporting a team of inside sales representatives to achieve revenue goals and maintain high productivity levels. This hands-on role involves coaching team members through call reviews, ensuring adherence to sales best practices, and stepping in to make sales calls when necessary. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving team success while staying connected to the sales process.
