We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Bouncer to join our security team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons. As a Bouncer, you will be responsible for enforcing venue policies, managing conflicts, and ensuring the overall safety of guests and staff.
Duties
- Monitor the entrance and exit points of the venue to control access and maintain order.
- Conduct surveillance of the premises using CCTV to identify potential issues before they escalate.
- Manage conflicts effectively by employing conflict management techniques to de-escalate situations.
- Perform regular patrols of the venue to ensure safety standards are upheld.
- Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies, providing first aid or CPR as needed.
- Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary to address serious incidents.
- Enforce venue rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
- Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying suspicious behavior and taking appropriate action.
Requirements
- Proven experience in security, law enforcement, or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Knowledge of surveillance systems, including CCTV operation.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is highly desirable.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- A professional appearance and demeanor are essential for representing the venue effectively.
- Physical fitness is required to perform duties that may involve standing for long periods or responding quickly in emergencies.
- A certificate in security training or related fields is an advantage.
