Overview:

Dealer Alchemist, a dynamic ad tech company specializing in innovative marketing solutions for car dealerships, is seeking a Regional Sales Specialist to support revenue growth and build strong client relationships in the automotive industry. This role is remote, with occasional travel to meet clients and attend industry events.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support & Growth:

  • Assist in executing regional sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Manage and grow relationships with a portfolio of car dealership clients in the assigned region.
  • Identify potential business opportunities and support the creation of a pipeline of prospective clients.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Foster strong, long-lasting relationships with dealership decision-makers, including general managers and marketing teams.
  • Understand client needs and collaborate with the sales team to offer tailored solutions that meet their marketing goals.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and communicate their relevance to clients.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, and client success) to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for clients.
  • Provide feedback on client needs and market trends to support product and service enhancements.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Track and report sales activities using CRM tools, ensuring accurate data management.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement.

Travel:

  • Travel occasionally to meet with clients, deliver presentations, and build relationships.
  • Represent Dealer Alchemist at industry events and conferences to promote solutions.

Requirements

Experience:

  • 2–5 years of sales or client-facing experience, ideally in the automotive, digital marketing, or ad tech industries.
  • Familiarity with car dealerships or automotive sector operations is a plus.

Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Consultative sales approach with a focus on understanding client needs.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales software.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $135,000 OTE
