Client Services Coordinator
DEP is seeking an experienced, full-time, motivated, team-oriented Client Services Coordinator / Account Executive with outstanding written / verbal communication and analytical skills. Automotive experience is a plus!
Responsibilities :
- Maintaining and building client relationships
- Provide professional support to enhance the customers experience
- Train / Educate clients on Dealer eProcess products
- Staying on top of industry trends
- Conduct dealer training
- Work closely with various departments to ensure dealer satisfaction
- Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs
