We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Performance Manager to join our team. As a Performance Manager, you will be responsible for implementing our software solutions and managing the overall performance of your clients. Duties:
- Manage and supervise clients by providing guidance and support as needed
- Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient workflow
- Monitor performance and provide constructive feedback
- Implement strategies to improve productivity and performance
- Develop and implement training programs to assist your clients
- Utilize retail math skills to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Implement software onsiste with your clients
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Previous automotive experience in some capacity
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other technology
- Strong math skills for analyzing data and making informed decisions
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and customer service best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule for traveling
