- Establish and grow Dealer Specialties brand throughout the market
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealerships and dealership groups
- Coach and mentor the entire team
- Manage the performance of the market through employee daily quality checks
- Communicate vision and goals to the entire team and assist them with sales strategies
- Assist in the development/penetration of new products through daily and weekly visits with customers
- Two or more years of success in automotive experience
- Two or more years performing relationship management with team members and customers
- Management of a team with 2 plus members preferred
- Strengths and business competencies that include building effective teams, customer focus, drive for results, listening, problem-solving, decision quality, motivating others, integrity, trust, priority setting
- Possess a valid driver’s license with a 36 month satisfactory driving history
- Reliable transportation
- Overnight travel may be necessary to address customer needs
This role offers a compensation of approximately $20 / hour plus commission opportunity (OTE opportunity approximately $55,000/annually). Compensation factors include geography, experience, education, job demands, job market, etc. Additional benefits for full-time employees include medical, dental, vision, flexible spending account; 401k, matching up to 4% fully vested on day one of employment; paid vacation, company holidays and sick leave; corporate discount opportunities.
