Description

The Graphic Designer’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to, designing ad banners, social media graphics, emails, full-page newspaper ads, billboards, and some direct mail. This job requires working onsite (not remote) in Lehighton, PA or Sanford, FL. Salary will be discussed based on experience. One Saturday a month is required.

Responsibilities :

  • Think creatively to produce branded ideas and creative concepts
  • Employ color, type, illustration, stock photography, and various print / layout techniques when designing a project
  • Develop graphics for web and print applications
  • Proofread to produce accurate and high-quality work
  • Obtain approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval through the Creative Director
  • A graphics test will be required to initiate the interview process.

Requirements :

  • Above Average to Expert working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud apps : Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Must have a working knowledge of design principles
  • Ability to work at a fast pace is a must
  • Must be able to work independently and under strict deadlines
  • Must be responsive / open to changes and can offer creative options
  • Experience with design for social media graphics is preferred
  • Some experience with animation is a plus
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
